All prices include labour, materials and VAT.

● Include an extra £5 for chrome, satin or nickle sockets.

● Include an extra £10 for chrome, satin or nickle switches.

● There is a minimum call out charge of £30.

● Please note typical times shown are for guidelines only.

● For smaller jobs it will be more cost effective to get several jobs completed in one go.

● It will take much longer to rewire an occupied house than an empty one which will also be reflected in the price.
